 SUNLU PA6-CF nylon filament combines 80% PA with 20% carbon fibre, delivering remarkable stiffness, strength, and heat resistance. It offers excellent layer adhesion, making it ideal for demanding applications.  

• Perfect for Industrial Engineering: Engineered for strength and durability, SUNLU PA6-CF filament is suitable for industrial uses that require high torsional, tensile, and impact resistance. Ideal applications include gears, screws, helmets, fan blades, toy car chassis, skateboard parts, and bicycle frames.  
• Superior Heat Resistance: With a heat distortion temperature of up to 209°C, significantly higher than those of Easy PA, PC, or ASA, PA6-CF is ideal for high-temperature applications such as automotive exhaust pipes, motor covers, pot handles, and kettle bases.  
• Printing Settings:
• Nozzle Temperature: 270-280°C  
•  Bed Temperature: 100°C  
• Printing Speed: 50-150mm/s  
• Annealing: 80-130°C for 5-12 hours (essential for maximising heat resistance)  
•  Bed Surface: Use a thin coat of PVA glue or Magigoo PA for improved adhesion.  
• Important Notes:
• 1. Dry the filament before use: 80°C for 24 hours or 110°C for 4 hours.  
• 2. Use an abrasion-resistant nozzle (e.g., hardened steel) to prevent wear caused by the filament's carbon fibre content.  
• Diameter: 1.75MM±0.03MM
• Printing temperature: 270-280℃：50-100mm/s
• Bed temperature: need glue and bed temp heated up to 50-70℃
